This digital audit is an in-depth analysis of your business’s social media and other related online channels. Over 1-2 weeks your website and social platforms will be closely monitored for your current and historic use in the following ways.
Your website is reviewed focusing on the following categories and how they impact revenue generation:

  • Aesthetics

  • Functionality 

  • User-friendliness

  • Content

The Social Media Audit includes but is not limited to:

  • Profile bios and descriptions

  • Profile imagery including highlight visuals and profile pictures

  • Branded content use​

  • Use of platform features such as Instagram story stickers, location tags, hash tags, and more. 

  • Client interactions, reviews, and feedback

  • Revenue generating strategies and effectiveness 

  • Use of available e-commerce options (if applicable) on social platforms

  • Grid management (aesthetics and feel of profile)

  • The use of free vs. paid advertising 

  • Content posting strategies and profile engagement rate

Upon completion of the review, a one-on-one virtual session is booked with the client to review the audit. A digital copy will also be provided for reference. The audit includes an overview of your current presence as well as information and suggestions to better leverage your social and digital presence to generate more awareness, leads, or sales for your business depending on your business objective. This meeting provides you with an opportunity to ask questions, review the feedback and implementation recommendations, and to review additional service offerings if desired. One time payment of $250.
