The Best Community for Female Entrepreneurs? My In-Depth Review of the Monarch Momentum Community

After spending almost two years inside Monarch Momentum, taking the courses, joining the events, and even being coached directly by Amanda. I’ve seen firsthand what this community can do for women building businesses. And honestly, that’s why I felt this review needed to exist. So many female entrepreneurs are out here trying to figure everything out on their own, feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure where to find real support. I’ve been in that place too.

Monarch Momentum was one of the first spaces where I felt seen, supported, and actually guided by people who understood the challenges of growing a business while juggling real life. In this blog, I’ll walk you through exactly what you get inside, features, benefits, pricing, my personal experience, pros and cons, and who I think will get the most out of it.

After almost two years inside, here’s the honest truth about whether it’s worth joining or not.

If we haven't met yet, I’m Brittany, an online marketing strategist for female entrepreneurs. I teach women how to make their entrepreneurial dreams a reality through smart, actionable marketing strategies that get them seen, loved, and paid. Whether you’re eager to DIY your way to success or hire professionals to help you along the way–my goal is to make sure you walk away with the clarity you need to see the results you desire and build a life you love.

Overview of the Monarch Momentum Community

Monarch Momentum is a business-growth, accountability, and networking community designed specifically for female entrepreneurs who want structure, support, and a place where they don’t have to build their business alone. Created by Amanda Wilson-Ciocci, a business mentor known for her heart-centered coaching style and practical strategy (you can dive deeper into her story in my podcast episodes with her), the online community blends mindset, strategy, and accountability in a way that actually keeps you moving forward.

Inside, you’ll find weekly needle-movers to help you stay focused, co-working style work sprints, weekly progress check-ins, Wins Wednesday, and Freedom Friday to keep you motivated. Every month brings fresh training, virtual meet-and-greets built around Ask/Give/Grow, and a mastermind call where you can get personalized feedback. There are also quarterly launch accelerators, occasional in-person retreats and events, and even a thoughtful maternity leave program that supports you during major life seasons.

Pricing is straightforward and affordable for a coaching-led membership, with monthly and annual options depending on how you like to commit.

My Experience Inside Monarch Momentum (Almost 2 Years)

I joined Monarch Momentum almost two years ago, and what started as a simple desire for accountability quickly turned into one of the most impactful parts of my business. I’ve worked with Amanda through Monarch Business Academy, 1:1 coaching, and the community membership and the combination of her guidance plus the weekly accountability inside Momentum is a big reason I’ve stayed. The needle-movers, check-ins, and work sprints genuinely helped me build consistency, and many of the clients I’ve now actually came from inside this community.

The support goes beyond business strategy, too. I used the maternity leave program twice, and both times I felt seen, encouraged, and fully supported instead of feeling like I had to choose between motherhood and momentum. It’s the kind of community where you don’t just show up as a business owner, you show up as a whole person.

If you want to hear more about Amanda and her approach, I linked both of my podcast episodes with her where we go deeper into her story and philosophy. Click the image for which episode you want to listen to, both are full of gold nuggets for business growth!

The Strength of the Community (And What to Know Before Joining)

What makes Monarch Momentum stand out isn’t just the strategy or the structure, it’s the people. This is a community where women genuinely show up for each other. The support feels real, not surface-level, and the connections go far beyond a weekly call. You’re getting a high-touch experience at a membership price, with built-in accountability through weekly needle movers, masterminds, consistent training, and access to Amanda’s guidance in a way that still feels personal and intentional. For me, the relationships alone have been worth it, many of my clients, collaborators in my business, and podcast guests have come directly from this community. And the maternity leave program? Truly rare, deeply thoughtful, and something I’m endlessly grateful exists.

That said, Monarch Momentum is a space you’ll get the most out of if you’re willing to participate. It’s not a hands-off membership or one where you disappear into the background and expect transformation to happen on its own. While it doesn’t offer high-level 1:1 strategy every single week (although there is a higher-level tier for that), the power comes from consistency, shared momentum, and collective growth. The community is active which is a huge advantage for connection, but it can feel like a lot if you’re more comfortable staying quiet. And like any global community, time zones may occasionally affect which calls you can attend live. Amanda is from the Collingwood area so in-person meet ups are there and the online group events are listed in eastern standard time but most come with recordings you can watch later.

Overall, it’s a membership designed for women who want to be involved, supported, and challenged in the best way possible.

Who is the Monarch Momentum Community Is Best For?

Monarch Momentum is an amazing fit for women who are building or scaling an online business and want a community that actually feels like a team. It’s especially great if you’re craving accountability, structure, and a supportive space where you can learn, grow, and collaborate with other entrepreneurs. If you value connection, networking, and shared growth and you’re ready to show up for yourself and your business then this community will feel like home. It’s also a strong fit for new or intermediate entrepreneurs who feel isolated or stuck and want guidance without feeling alone in the process.

Who It May Not Be For: If you’re looking strictly for private 1:1 coaching, prefer to stay completely hands-off, or want a quick fix without committing to the weekly rhythm, this membership probably won’t feel aligned.

A Peek Inside the Momentum Community

Each week we have:

  • Monday Momentum Work Sprints: designed to help you identify and take action on your weekly needle movers hosted at 10 am & 1 pm

  • Wednesday Wins: a community member spotlight and opportunity for us to share our win, brag or ah-ha moment of the week

  • Freedom Fridays: a reminder that we create the businesses we desire, the community shares pictures of what we're doing to enjoy our freedom Friday's

Throughout the month we also have:

  • Mastermind Calls - where you can get personalized feedback and share your experience with others to help them move through their roadblocks.

  • Member Meet & Greets (Ask, Give, Grow Calls) - networking called built around the Ask, Give, Grow format where you can ask for something you need, give freebies, feedback etc. to other members on the call, and all grow together.

  • Training Sessions - guests host training calls inside the community to share their expertise and help your business grow.

  • Launch Accelerator Meetings - each accelerator has a different focus, these calls share valuable insight and provide accountability for you to work towards your launch goal. Past accelerators have focused on creating lead magnets, building courses, and creating new offers.

  • In-person Events & Retreats - periodically through out the year there will be in-person masterminds, annual retreats, networking events and more that are incredibly transformational and grounding.

In additional to all the live events, Amanda also gives you access to her signature course, the Monarch Business Academy, valued at $5,555, for free! Learn more about the Monarch community here.

My Verdict: Is It Worth Joining?

After almost two years inside Monarch Momentum, my honest answer is yes, 100% it’s worth joining, and here’s why. This community has been one of the most impactful parts of my business journey. The support, structure, and connection alone have helped me grow in ways I couldn’t have done on my own. I’ve made real friendships, gained clients, hired team members, and stayed consistently accountable thanks to the weekly needle-movers, work sprints, and check-ins. The maternity leave program has supported me twice, the launch accelerators have helped me refine my offers and strategy, and Amanda’s presence, both as a leader and coach is truly unmatched. Even coaches need coaches 😉.

Monarch Momentum isn’t just a membership; it’s been a catalyst for my confidence, clarity, and business growth. If you want a community that actually moves the needle, lifts you up, and grows with you, this is it.

I'm not the only female entrepreneur that raves about the Monarch Momentum Community, so don't just take my word for it.

Conclusion:

After nearly two years inside Monarch Momentum, I can honestly say it’s one of the most meaningful investments I’ve made in my business. The accountability, the connections, the support, the growth, it’s all real, and it’s all possible because of the community Amanda has built. If you’ve been craving structure, encouragement, and a space where other women genuinely show up for you, this membership is absolutely worth considering.
