Today's quickie isn't actually quick - sorry 🙃 I want to talk about the fact that social media can feel like you're stuck on a content creation hamster wheel, it's exhausting and can lead to overwhelm, even if you love creating content and community like I do.
I'll be honest, I've been experiencing social media burn out recently, you may have noticed I've been a little quieter on socials and my podcast and that's why.
I create so much valuable content and it hurt my heart a little that people only have ~48 hours to see it before it disappears from social media existence to be replaced by newer content. Do you feel the same?
Don't worry, I'm not leaving socials, but I have been focusing on my SEO lately so my content gets a longer shelf life and more eyes on it.
SEO means Search Engine Optimization, meaning how your content ranks in searches on Google.
