Quickie #20: I can tell when you’ve used ChatGPT

I have a secret… I can tell when you’ve used ChatGPT for content. 👀

Not always, but 95% of the time it’s pretty obvious—if you haven’t trained ChatGPT properly. There are three big red flags that give it away, and today I’m spilling the tea on one of them.

🚩 Red Flag #1: It has way too many emojis!

When you don’t teach ChatGPT to match your voice, it defaults to… well… a teenage girl with a crush. 🥰💖✨ (See what I mean?)

You’ll see:

❌ Emojis on every line.

❌ Two or three emojis together.

❌ Hooks that are bookended with emojis.

Don’t get me wrong—I love a good emoji!

But when they’re overused, it’s a dead giveaway that AI wrote your post.

Fix it with this ChatGPT prompt:

"Remove only 50% of the emojis and don’t include two emojis side by side."

Boom. Just like that, you’ve got a more natural, human-sounding caption.
