Quickie #30: The one-post-only strategy I’m using when life gets chaotic

Let’s be real: sometimes you only have time to post once—and that’s okay. 🙃

This week alone, I’ve been to a celebration of life, chaperoned a school field trip, took my birthday off, took the kids to the doctors and hospital, and am now prepping for a trip to the fair and two birthday parties this weekend.

So when I say I only have time for one post, I mean it.

That’s where this ChatGPT prompt came in clutch:

"I only have time to create one social media post this week. Given everything you know about my business, what should the post be about?"

I used it. I loved what it gave me. And I'm posting it tomorrow. Because showing up once with intention > disappearing completely or phoning it in.

If you’re deep in a season of "I only have time for one thing," save this prompt. It’ll help you choose the most aligned post when your capacity is low.
